We are lifelong "Jersey Girls" (Exit 102 off the Garden State Parkway)! Let us show you why Asbury Park and the surrounding towns are "A Shore Thing".
Carol has spent the last 30+ years showing and selling real estate all over New Jersey, from Burlington to Hoboken with her main focus in Asbury Park and the Jersey Shore. In addition to her hands-on experience, Carol obtained her degree in education and business at Monmouth University, studied at the Real Estate Institute at New York University, and was an instructor for the Real Estate Licensing course at Brookdale College. Her expertise covers residential, investment, and commercial property and she is happiest when a client opens their first business or moves into their new home. When she is not showing real estate, you can find Carol, the Director of Community Adult Education at Red Bank Regional High School, supervising yoga classes or bringing groups to NYC for a walking tour or a Broadway show. As a long-time resident, business owner, and activist, Carol is the "go to" person for everything you want to know about Asbury Park, and then some!
NANCY (MICKEY) CARTER
Mickey was born and raised in Ocean Township and has owned a home in Asbury Park for over twelve years. After working for twenty-five years at The Asbury Park Press, then five years for a software company and finally five years owning her own business in Provincetown on Cape Cod, she decided to become a realtor. This decision was made after spending a good portion of her life in customer service, owning two of her own homes, owning four residential investment properties and a commercial property. Her goal now is to help others find their perfect home and/or investment property. Her knowledge of the local area, her love for the Jersey Shore and her expertise in buying and selling property will prove to be an asset to any buyer and/or seller.
Born in Dike, Texas and raised in Provincetown, MA, Livvy has called Asbury Park her home for the last 9 years. Livvy loves strolling downtown Asbury and dining at one of the many restaurants offering outdoor seating and a fresh bowl of water. You might just see her dancing for people passing by.
